Mexican Cuisine Learn about the wonderful flavours of Mexican cuisine you can make at home. Make Chipotle Chilies Stuffed with Goat Cheese and Herbs, Chicken Mole, Tomatillo Salsa, Burittos with Grilled Steak in a Honey Chipotle Sauce, Jicama, Orange and Lime Salad and Horchata, a traditional almond rice drink.
