Scheduled Hands-On Classes

Each 3 hour hands-on cooking class includes a full meal, glass of wine, flat and sparkling water, a recipe booklet to take home, lots of information and lively conversation.

Classes cost $120/person + HST. To register, email or call 416 465 7112 with a Visa or Mastercard # and expiry date. These classes will be held at the Market Kitchen at St Lawrence Market (Front Street at Jarvis) .

Scheduled classes are non-refundable & not transferable to another date. If you’re unable to attend, you may send someone in your place.

This class features the best of this region in Italy. Make these simple and elegant dishes: Arugula with Fried Capers, Olives and Fresh Parmesan, Chicken in Balsamic, Braised with Pine Nuts & Raisins, Hand Made Fettuccine with Sage Butter Sauce and Orange Polenta Cake with Whipped Cream and Fresh Berries.

Sunday February 3: 4pm to 7pm

Bring the vibrant flavours of Thai cooking into your kitchen! Make Cold Rice Paper Rolls with Sweet Red Chili Sauce, Mango Salad, Pad Thai, Red Curry of Chicken with Vegetables, Won Ton Napoleons with Lime Cream and Sliced Mango. Debbie’s Thai cooking classes are the most popular place in Toronto to learn Thai cooking hands-on.

Sunday February 24: 4pm to 7pm

Discover the sweet and spicy aromatic flavours characteristic of this region. We’ll make Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemons, Couscous with Dried Fruits & Nuts, Carrot Salad & Almond Phyllo Snake with Orange Creme Anglaise.



Learn how to prepare and present authentic sushi with a simple and demystifying approach. Sip saki and green tea while we make miso soup, Japanese salad, sushi rice, Tamago, California roll and tuna & salmon nigiri.
